Library Card

• You must be 12 years old or older to get a card without a parents signature
• Cards are issued for 3 years and renewals are free. A $1 replacement fee my be charged for a lost card  
• You must have Acceptable form of ID, which include:

Driver’s license showing current address.

Current motor vehicle registration.

Imprinted checks.

Voter registration card.

Bank statement.*

Lease agreement.*

Utility, telephone or water bill.*

*dated during the current or previous month.
